Robert Hohman

Robert Hohman is co-founder and chief executive officer of Glassdoor and member of the company's board of directors. Before creating Glassdoor, Robert was most recently president of Hotwire, a leading discount travel site and division of Expedia, Inc. Robert was one of the original team members of Expedia, and was part of the executive team that took it public in 1999. During his Expedia tenure, Robert also served as president of Classic Custom Vacations and executive vice president of Cruise & Packages for Expedia North America. In Expedia's early stage, Robert led the engineering team that built the cruise, hotel, and package booking systems. Robert started his career at Microsoft and worked as a software developer in a range of areas from Windows 95 to interactive television to online games. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from Stanford University.

Tim Besse

Tim Besse is co-founder and CXO (chief anything officer) of Glassdoor, in which 'x' equates to Tim managing anything needed as the business continues to grow globally. Prior to this role, Tim was senior vice president, general manager and chief marketing officer of Glassdoor's consumer team. Previously, he was the director of product management and online marketing of the Asia Pacific division of Expedia. In this role, Tim developed new markets in Australia, Japan, and China, and assumed general management responsibility of the Hotels.com business in Asia. In other Expedia roles, Tim helped launch other early stage businesses, including Expedia's telesales and private label businesses as well as its online luxury offering, Classic Custom Vacations. Tim holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Tim Anderson

Tim Anderson is the senior vice president of product management of Glassdoor. Previously, Tim led product monetization efforts at Flickr and served as a senior member of the Yahoo! Photos product team. Prior to Yahoo!, Tim spent four years as a management consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton. Tim holds a B.A. in environmental science and an MBA from the University of Virginia.

Ryan Aylward

Ryan Aylward
SVP of Engineering & Chief Technology Officer

Ryan Aylward is the senior vice president of engineering and chief technology officer of Glassdoor, who brings more than 10 years' experience in the software development field. Previously, Ryan was the senior director of engineering at EzRez Software where he led the development organization responsible for supporting more than 50 travel websites. Prior to EzRez, Ryan spent more than five years with Hotwire, where his duties involved both management and development roles, including building the original website. Ryan also served as an engineer at Motorola. Ryan holds a B.A. in computer science from the University of Notre Dame.

Steve Burton

VP of Marketing

Steve Burton is vice president of marketing at Glassdoor, leading all marketing functions for Glassdoor for Employers, including demand-gen, product marketing, business development and sales development. Before joining Glassdoor, Steve was director of product marketing at AppDynamics where he helped the company achieve market leadership and a $100 million bookings run-rate in just three years. Prior to AppDynamics, Steve held product management, pre-sales and development positions at Symantec, VERITAS Software and Sapient Corporation. Steve received a B.S. in computer science from Lancaster University, UK.

Jim Buttimer

Before joining Glassdoor, Jim was the CEO of CareerTV where he led and grew the company from site launch in 2007 until it was sold in April 2009. Prior to CareerTV, Jim held several roles at WetFeet including Vice President and General Manager where he helped build the online and print career research business for job seekers until the sale of the company at the end of 2006. Jim has also worked as a management consultant for Mercer Management Consulting and financial analyst for Bank of America. Jim holds a B.A. in economics and public policy studies from Duke University and an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson School.

Mariah DeLeon

As vice president of people for Glassdoor, Mariah DeLeon is responsible for directing all the people functions of the company, including strategic human resources planning, training, benefits, employee relations, compliance, policies and procedures. Mariah has been an HR executive in the technology industry for 20 years, bringing extensive experience in human capital management, talent development and organizational structure to Glassdoor. Prior to Glassdoor, DeLeon was the vice president of global human resources at Innovative Interfaces, a US library technology company, and she also led HR and community relations functions at Alibris.com/Monsoon Commerce, a premier online marketplace for new and used books. Mariah received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.

Moody Glasgow

Chief Marketing Officer

Moody (Mutahar) Glasgow is Glassdoor's chief marketing officer, and brings more than 10 years of international digital marketing experience. Most recently, he served as vice president of global acquisition marketing for Electronic Arts, the global interactive entertainment and gaming company. Prior to Electronic Arts, Moody served as senior vice president of online marketing and publishing for Mevio (now BiteSizeTV), leading content development, marketing and production, along with opening the company's London office. Earlier in his career, Moody spent several years in branding and creative working with clients such as MTV, Coca-Cola and Dell, and prior, he was CEO and president of Rampt.com, an early search engine, which he led from inception into growth stage. He holds a B.A. in history from the University of California, Berkeley.

Kate Kreager

VP of Sales

Kate Kreager is vice president of sales for Glassdoor. She leads all aspects of sales, including new client acquisition and account management as well as providing the sales organization with the tools and knowledge to effectively service Glassdoor's thousands of customers. She has more than 10 years' experience leading and building high performing sales teams in high-growth environments. Kate was formerly director of sales at ACTIVE Network where she helped grow the company to more than $500 million in revenue and toward a successful IPO. Kate's leadership extends back to college, where she was captain of the University of Virginia's NCAA women's basketball team. She holds a B.A. in political science and a master of education in leadership, social foundations, and policy from the University of Virginia.

Steve Roop is the SVP & General Manager, B2B of Glassdoor and is responsible for promoting Glassdoor's social recruiting solutions to the HR & recruiting community. Before joining Glassdoor, Steve was VP of Marketing at AppDynamics and built a freemium marketing engine that enabled the company to achieve 5× growth and category leadership. Prior to AppDynamics, Steve held executive positions at Vontu (acquired by Symantec), PeopleSoft, and Accenture. Steve received a B.S. in commerce and finance from Santa Clara University.

Diarmuid Russell

Diarmuid Russell is senior vice president and general manager of partner services of Glassdoor. Diarmuid is responsible for the development and delivery of advertising products that meet the needs of Glassdoor's customers. Diarmuid is an experienced digital media executive with more than ten years' experience in consumer internet businesses in Europe, Australia and the U.S. Most recently he was responsible for the consumer division of GlobalEnglish, a leading English-language SaaS business. He has also held commercial and strategy roles at Expedia, BBC Worldwide and Lonely Planet. Diarmuid holds an MA in economics from the University of St. Andrews and an MBA from INSEAD.

Adam Spiegel

Adam Spiegel is the chief financial officer at Glassdoor and holds more than 20 years of strategic finance, consulting and operating experience. Most recently, he served as CFO of RPX Corporation, a leading provider of subscription-based corporate patent risk solutions. Adam built RPX's finance organization and led the company through a hyper-growth phase and a successful $185 million initial public offering. Prior to RPX, he served as CFO for two early stage life science companies - Vectrant Technologies and CrossCart. Earlier in his career, Adam was an investment banker and he advised technology, financial services and industrial companies in a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and public equity and debt financings. Adam holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from UCLA.

Allyson Willoughby

Allyson Willoughby is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Glassdoor. Willoughby was previously senior vice president and general counsel of RockYou, a leader in social gaming and advertising, where she was responsible for all aspects of the company's legal needs. Prior, Willoughby was chief justice (aka general counsel) of Method Products, a multi-national company that is a leading manufacturer of environmentally friendly, design-oriented household products. Willoughby started her in-house career at eBay. In her last year with eBay, Allyson was the director of legal affairs for eBay subsidiary StubHub. She received her J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and dual degrees in Economics and Sociology from Stanford University.
