Too many companies tweet sporadically or only tweet company news and information. Be sure your content is varied! Share relevant industry news and advice, ask questions, and generally engage your audience without sounding like a robot. Many potential job candidates are on Twitter, so it's crucial to position your company as a knowledgeable contender in your industry.  Excellent post!
