It goes to what they see themselves doing in the job in the next year or less and how they will be perceived. Most say to me no one has ever asked that question before and many struggle with the answer. I find it insightful.The manhole cover is an obvious one. The light bulb is not - the answers here suggest the bulb is not weakened from previous drops and therefore at the point of breakage an accurate assessment of height can be deduced. Not so.
