		<description>I have just discovered Glass Door and think it is a wonderful. I am all for more transparency and the collective views of the market being available publicly about organizations, be that glowing testaments or perhaps not so much.

We have recently launched a niche job site, Six Figures, www.sixfigures.com.au in Australia which like Glass Door provides job seekers with more transparency and more information about the job and the leadership team at the organization.

Today&#039;s job seeker is more likened to a consumer and wants to know upfront a lot more, which is where a site like Glass Door offers immense value. Just as consumers can read ratings and posts about others consumers experiences with products and services, it only makes sense that this extends to jobs. The average person looks at the comments and ratings and generally they gain a feeling of the overall view and experiences by those consumers of that particular products or service and make their decision accordingly. We don’t tend to question the authenticity of these of question is they have actually used the product or service.

Information is empowering, and in today’s market job seekers are increasingly more empowered, which for some organizations is hard to comprehend.</description>
