		<description>Thanks David.  You’re right – 73% isn&#039;t the middle of the pack for our site overall.  We have ratings for thousands of CEOs, but most have only handful of reviews (thus it’s not hard to achieve 100% or 0% approval if you have just a few employees rating).

To be reasonable for this snapshot, we isolated those companies that have more than 50 CEO ratings. In total, it’s about 40 employers so far – so we still have a ways to go but we’re making progress.</description>
