@ Lea - We've received similar feedback from other users and we're committed to finding a better way to accommodate you.

Just so you know, you can leave a review without listing your job title - simply type "Anonymous" as your job title. And you can leave a salary as well, just click "I do not want to specify my employer" when posting your salary and you're pay information will not be shown for your company - yet you'll still get full access to all the salary information of the community.

Hope that helps! - Tim A (Product Manager)

Great idea- but if you work at a small company, it is a little more challenging to be anonymous since there won't be too many people with your position posting. But it would probably still be valuable to know what someone makes working at a small company.

I'm interested to see how this will differ from some of the other career sites that permit 'anonymous' employee reviews, like Vault and Wetfeet. Sorry to chuck out the names - I'm certainly not trying to drive traffic their way. Maybe you'll use 2.0 funtionality to make the space a litte more interesting, kind of like how kayak.com made travel search interesting again (for me.) Ok I'm done name dropping. I've posted a review and salary. Now it's up to you guys. Make it fun and interesting, will ya?

Congratulations - this is a great idea with legs that is sorely needed and I'm certain will be well received - I should know, I'm building out the same idea myself! Glassdoor beat me to the 'launch' punch and although I don't know what your business or revenue model is, I'm convinced there's room for both. After all, the potential visitor/contributor community of employees and job hunters is enormous. Best wishes for success..

Cool site, and a nice service. I've often looked for solutions to the problems you've outlined above. The site is still really buggy, but if I change jobs and look for another company to work for (heaven forbid), I can totally see myself coming back. Nice work.
