		<description>It would be great if you would request sex when gathering salary data, so we could see how salaries differ accross the sexes withing organizations. Given that you call your site &quot;glassdoor&quot;, would it not be appropriate to make this public so women could really see which companies they are better appreciated at?

We think we have identified the problem, but there&#039;s a bit of a backlog that we&#039;ll need to work through once we&#039;re ready.  Hopefully we&#039;ll get to your inbox soon!</description>
