Job Description

Manager's primary purpose or contribution to the company: Coordinates food service activities of Lil' Ricci's NY Pizzeria establishment by performing the following listed duties in accordance within company guidelines while maintaining conceptual integrity, comparable sales growth, profitability, and positive customer service and employee relations.

Desired Skills & Experiences
- Must have ability to understand and execute the company's systems, policies, and procedures.

- Ideal Manager Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT experience

- College degree and/or 2 years minimum full service management experience ideal. Degrees in hospitality program, college graduates, with some industry related experience should also apply.

- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language enough so as to be able to work as a team with other employees to get the required job and essential functions accomplished.

- Ability to clearly present information through the spoken word to influence or persuade others through oral presentation in both positive and negative situations.

- Ability to demonstrate good customer and employee relations skills through both verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

- Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job for up to 12 hours per shift.

- Business needs at times make the following conditions mandatory: Overtime, shift work, holiday work, a rotating work schedule or a work schedule other than Monday through Friday,
