Beyondsoft is looking for a Business Leader
- Collaborates with Systems architects, software engineers, and project managers, Product, and Client Support Services (CSS) staff to ensure complex multi-system technical requirements, and/or implementation and testing requirements are fully developed and documented for business release (BR) enhancements, and client and CSS support needs are met.
- Proactively drives and contributes to the design solution, implementation requirements and testing plans, as Global Technical Letter publication deadlines precede the availability of design documents, and on-time delivery of the Technical Letter (TL) is a SAS-70 audit item.
- Analyzes business requirements, multi-system conceptual approaches, technical designs, and existing core systems functionality (BASE I, V.I.P, BASE II, VSS, Direct Exchange, SMS Offline, CORE, Config, and VCMS) to define and document the technical changes to which clients must code their systems, and/or implementation setup and testing requirements that clients and CSS staff must perform for BR enhancements.
- Determines what information from consultations with the project team and the project documents is applicable to the audience, either clients or internal staff, and positions it appropriately in the article.
- Conducts walkthroughs of TL articles with the project team.
- Ensures that all impacts to client systems and/or all implementation and testing impacts and requirements for clients and CSS are fully and accurately documented.
- Responsible for gaining approval and signoff for articles from the project team, Product contact, and Product Senior Business Leader.
- Writes BR documentation articles in XML using a complex, customized XML-based structured authoring tool, adhering to BR writing standards. Must understand information requirements for customized editions of the documents, such as what information cannot be provided to affiliates/partners (such as Visa Europe), and be able to accurately profile articles to include or exclude information in customized editions.

•Collaborates with the Transaction Services Communications team to produce high quality BR documents, including the Global Technical Letter and Implementation Guide (GTLIG) and Global Service Activation Guide (GSAG).
- May also perform complex tasks in the XML assembly to produce review documents and final publications, including multiple customized editions of final publications for Visa Europe, direct-connect merchants and competitors, such as MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.
- Completes additional assignments, such as developing standalone Technical Letters, Client Implementation Guides, Service Activation Guides, and Service Advisories for off-release systems implementations, or managing updates to internal guides for CSS staff, such as the SMS Service Activation Guide and Config Users Guide.
- Serves as third-level support to respond to complex client inquiries referred by Product and CSS.


Bachelors/Degree; Requires a minimum of 10 years progressively responsible relevant experience
- Minimum five years of experience at Visa, with strong knowledge of Visa core systems and processing
- Must be proficient in writing highly technical documentation based on the business requirements and conversations with the project team, including client support, product, and senior engineers
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Demonstrated ability to absorb, analyze, and understand new information, technologies and practices quickly
- Prior experience using standard requirements elicitation techniques
- Proven business processes analysis skills: gathering business requirements, analyzing systems impacts, accurately capturing system requirements and specifications
- Role location is also open to Austin and Denver.
