      Pros

Medcath is a relatively young hospital operator, and there are pluses and minuses to this fact. Pluses would include opportunities for exposure, learning and developing programs from the ground up.

      Cons

Some minuses would be that the company continues to undergo some "growing pains" and has an ongoing issue with leadership instability (turnover rates are relatively higher than those of comparable companies).

      Advice to Management

Enough can't be said about open, honest communication from leadership....this often doesn't happen and major decisions are announced rather than asking for input/feedback prior to implementation.
