Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, assessing, negotiating, and closing candidates to fulfill current and forecasted requirements. Your great eye for detail will needed to find top talent in the Information Industry!

What You’ll Be Doing!
  • Listen and understand your clients' needs, in order to begin the recruiting cycle timely and effectively.
  • Work closely and develop relationships with Sales Staff and Account Management.
  • Source potential candidates by utilizing job boards, referrals, advertising and other resource pools.
  • Post job requirements on the internet to increase your candidate pool.
  • Present job opportunities to potential candidates and negotiate contract terms along with competitive pay rates.
  • Coach candidates through the interview process.
  • Maintain relationships with consultants and constantly build new candidate leads.
  • Attend fun and informative User Conferences when the opportunity arises.

What You’ll Need to Succeed!
  • A B.S. in MIS, CIS, or other relevant areas of study.
  • Passion and interest in the Tech Industry.
  • A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Tech savvy with strong MS skills.
  • Dedication and motivation will be essential!
  • 1-3 years of technical and/or recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Enjoy working alongside and communicating with others!
