Position Description
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic thinker and relationship builder to help develop our meetings & events business by soliciting and securing new contracts. The successful candidate is a seasoned industry professional with prior experience developing and managing client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Establish qualified leads and sell Showcall offerings in the area of Meetings & Events
• Present relevant and factual information to clients as needed
• Customize written materials based on prospect need and deliver customized, targeted oral presentations
• Engage internal leadership team to articulate value proposition
• Develop and use relationships to drive success
• Maintain competitive industry knowledge
• Extract key information needed to drive the sales strategy

Position Requirements
• Events and Meeting experience strongly desired
• Self motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent Time Management skills
• Proven track record in sales
• Ability to close business
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Demonstrated computer aptitude (Mac prefered, MS Office)
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills (both written and platform)
• Ability to lead small teams
