U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service company, is has an immediate opening for a Facilities Management Program Director in the Washington, DC area.

The Director will be responsible for over 1 Million square feet of office space for a high profile client. The Director is expected to provide superior customer service for all facility management, operations and maintenance, construction and alterations, and repair services.
Job Requirements :
  • Qualifications -Professional Engineer License Required with a minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience in facilities operations within the last ten (10) years directing a full service facilities operation. -Must have managed a Federal/ State building/ large commercial office complex greater than 1 Million square feet.

    -Must have directly managed operation and maintenance, technical and administrative staff persons.

    -Must have experience in Maintenance operations and Preventive Maintenance Programs, building renovations, tenant relations, new construction, all associated building services.

    -A BOMI, IFMA, CFM certification or equivalent, preferred. - LEED accreditation is desirable -Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
