FSO Network Project/Program Manager IIResponsibilities
Responsibilities: • Administrates plans, risk handling, issues and is accountable to the Regional Delivery Lead. • Generates project reports including production status, risk analysis, issues and action logs. • Responsible for activities relating to planning, scheduling, execution, and forecasting. • Lead regional stakeholder deployment and coordination calls, creating and disseminating meeting agendas, minutes, and communications. • Actively participate in national improvement, alignment and coordination discussions. • Facilitate regional escalations with various stakeholders and facilitate site level and process-related change controls and approvals. • Administer regional shared document repository for the project. • Ensures compliance with customer, regional and national project guidelines • Understand and assure quality standards are met on assigned deliverables. • Possess strong understanding of project methods and processes. • Assess and implement regional plans to improve project performance and quality to shorten deliverable timelines and reduce costs.Qualifications
Qualifications: Skills, Experience and Education: • A minimum of four years’ experience in project management and wireless network development, management or modifications work. • Highly developed working knowledge of business process, operations, and cross functional coordination. • Advanced skills required in Microsoft Excel and Office • Professional project management certification (PMP) desired • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a science, business or telecommunications discipline; or a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in a related field. • Travel may be required.
