The Pisa Group, Inc. is a growing company based in St. Louis, Missouri and is seeking experienced customer service representatives for their Customer Support Center located in North Dallas.
The candidate selected will have excellent phone skills, be a team player, a fast learner and someone who performs well under pressure. Individuals will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers with a goal of resolving all questions and/or issues within a single contact.
A qualified individual should possess the following skillsets; service oriented, detail focused, skilled in a Windows environment, strong communication proficiencies (both written and verbal) and the ability to display empathy and understanding toward the caller.
Starting pay is $8.00 per hour during training and can quickly increase to more than $11.00 per hour based on productivity and proficiency.
Our Customer Support Center is a 365 day per year operation. We are open on all weekends and holidays. Present hours of operation are from 4:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily and 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. We will work with student school schedules as much as possible, but will require weekends, holidays and flexibility during the week. Retirees and others seeking part time work are encouraged to apply.
Weekly schedules range from 16 to 28 hours and all who are employed are required to attend training during normal business hours.
Attention to Detail.
Computer Literate in a Windows environment.
Ability to work in a professional call center environment.
Skilled in troubleshooting Windows XP, 7, Vista, Mac, Safari, iPhone, iPad, Android
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, (Bilingual in SPANISH PREFERRED!)
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Have reliable transportation to and from work.
