Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist
* Provide Inbound Customer Care to customers who are in the process or are planning to transfer out
* Call customers, who have in the past transferred domain names away from Network Solutions, to uncover their reasons for leaving and help resolve any concerns they might have
* Retain Network Solution customers by rebuilding Network Solution's relationship with these customers.
* Ensure retention of customers through resolution of customer concerns and promoting Network Solution Value
* Renew and sell new services to customers with new transfers-in and new registrations
* Create new SRs and contact internal groups and customer as needed to resolve customer concern. Track SR until issue is resolved.
* Status customers on issue resolution.
* Call out transfer out trends immediately
* Handle VIP calls as secondary skill
* Strong knowledge level of all Domain processes
* Proficient with Siebel, CSR Tools, Outlook, WhoIS,
* High School degree required.
* Excellent research and customer service problem solving skills required
* Basic understanding of Internet principles, terminology and functionality
* Experience with Word, Excel and Windows
* Satisfactorily meeting job performance expectations for current position
