The Remote Dealer Results Manager (RDRM) will be supporting DealerTracks Vehicle Inventory Management Solutions in the AAX division. The person in this role will be responsible for managing the relationship with clients from point of contract through software implementation and beyond. Will also be responsible for monitoring sales and CSI metrics and making recommendations to dealerships on areas of potential improvement while interacting with all levels of dealership management and staff. This position is based in Dallas, TX.
