Job Description

Qualifications:

Twelve months of accumulated experience within the last 5 years

Graduate with a degree in a physical therapy program, recognized by the APTA, and approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for continuous improvement of total quality care as it relates to physical therapy rendered to the patient/client.

Includes establishing, monitoring, and delivering physical therapy to patients/clients, as directed by the physicians plan of treatment and the interdisciplinary patient/client plan of care. Reporting on the condition of client to the appropriate supervisor, and other staff members.
