Overall responsibility of managing and growing an account
To prepare and execute annual account plan
Be the single point of contact for all account related discussion
Developing a deep understanding of the account organization and key people
Developing a strong relationship with key account decision makers and influencer
Managing Accounts, meeting or exceeding revenue targets whilst actively managing costs
Preparing a robust pipeline for Account
Responsible for Farming (growing) Accounts and some familiarity with Hunting Skills (new accounts)
Requirement Gathering - Convert Business Problem into Analytical Problems
Facilitating consumption of Analytics by communicating Business Impact / ROI delivered
Knowledge Management of Industry and Client and sharing it with Offshore Teams
Managing onsite and offsite talent
Sharing best practices of clients and helping in building AbsolutData offerings

Pre-Requisites
Total experience of 5 to 10 yrs with at least 3 yrs of exp. in Account Management
Knowledge of Analytics and Industries - CPG/Retail/Hospitality
Ability to handle tough and demanding clients and client requests
Ability to lead an account relationship
Ability to partner with onshore and offshore delivery team
Service Delivery Experience
Understanding of marketing analytics and the role they play in decision making
Learning Attitude and Passion for Analytics
Effective persuasive skills
Leadership Skills
Excellent Interpersonal and team management skills
Highly energetic and self motivated person who can easily adapt to unstructured environment
Excellent oral and written communication as well as presentation skills
Work authorization to work in USA
 A credible Bachelor's Degree and Master's/ MBA from a premier college
