Food Product Manager - French Artisanal Pastries, Bay Bread, LLC. Manage
pastry mfg. operations companywide & supervise 3 production units. Plan &
develop French artisanal pastry lines based on culinary traditions of Alsace-
Lorraine for retail, wholesale, & high-end restaurants. Req. BS Food Sci,
Food Tech, or Food Mgmt and min 2 yrs in job or 3 yrs as Exec Pastry Chef.
Will accept no degree + min of 4 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job
offered, or 5 years as an Exec Pastry Chef. Any suitable combination of
education, training or experience is acceptable. Full Time, M-F 8-5. Multiple
Worksites in South San Francisco and San Francisco. $80,000/yr. + standard
