A well established fine dining Restaurant in Richmond, VA is seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years experience as a Chef de cuisine in a fine dining restaurant. The candidate must be well versed in food and labor costs. Culinary Degree preferred, but experience will be considered.The position involves management of all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, staffing, sanitation
scheduling, training, food cost and labor cost. You must be able to coach and develop and implement systems. Candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, an eye for detail and a strong commitment to total guest satisfaction.
