Key Responsibilities:

 Responsible for managing client/on-site team interaction and understand business requirements.
 Set and manage client expectations for project output and timelines on an ongoing basis.
 Lead a 4-5 member team in designing & executing analysis, interpreting results and generating key insights.
 Deliver well organized reports, dashboards, data analysis, data warehouse reporting, design and implementation with focus on Business Intelligence.
 Deliver error-free and high-quality outputs to the client.
 Independently manage short to medium term assignments (2 ? 10 weeks).
 Create / maintain overall project documentation including issue trackers / delivery trackers / resource utilization.
 Responsible for appraising and developing team members.
 Contribute to company initiatives in presales and other business development activities.
 Help in developing new areas of expertise with case studies and other collateral.
 Owning / contributing to organization level initiatives.
 Work across time zones.
 Flexibility to work in any domain.

Primary skills:

 Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought.
 Experience in programming and / or database environment.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
 Manage tasks and/or people with tight deadlines.
 Possess strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Secondary skills:

 Project management experience is a plus.
 Ability to extract and analyze data from multiple sources using analytical tools.
 Proficiency in data analysis using statistical and mathematical tools and techniques.

Educational Qualifications:

 Bachelors /Masters in Engineering with 4-5 years experience from premier institutes.
 Only from an IT services firm."
