Job Description

Established Government contracting company, with a

excellent benefits, seeks Proposal Administrator/Writers to join our
Program Management staff in Sierra Vista, AZ. The ideal candidate is
a creative writer and customer-oriented individual that wants to be a
part of a dynamic, fast-paced team directly supporting the
organization by serving in an integral part of the proposal
development / Test and Evaluation Plan (TEP) process. The successful
candidate will develop breadth of knowledge and broad exposure within
the organization by working with teammates and subject matter experts
at all levels. Test and evaluation orientation and/or experience in
writing RFP responses with customer focus is required.

Description:

The Proposal Administrator/Writer will provide
administrative and written proposal development support to Test and
Evaluation Plans (TEP) for the Joint Interoperability Test Center
(JITC), Ft. Huachuca, AZ. Strong test and evaluation, project
management, and organizational skills are required. We are looking
for a team-player who is also an independent thinker. This candidate
will ensure adherence to our process and quality control standards by
reviewing the consistency and quality of our messaging. S/he will
foster an environment of influence and consistently act as a role
model for other team members, taking responsibility for his/her
decisions and actions and working with teammates and subject matter
experts by effectively communicating at all levels of the
organization.

Accountability:

  • Interact closely with teammates in preparing
    proposal responses and customer presentations.

  • Help develop and articulate solutions and package
    developed solutions into winning test and evaluation proposals.


  •  
  • Support proposal production efforts through
    presentation material development, research and data mining.

  •  
  • Track production and update the Program
    Management staff on progress of proposal (TEP) preparation.


  •  
  • Provide administrative and written proposal (TEP)
    development support

  •  
  • Coordinate proposal response efforts so that
    customer proposals are sent out on time, and adhere to high quality
    standards

  • Maintain and enhance proposal (TEP) production
    process


  • Qualifications:

     
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
    minimum

  •  
  • 3-5 years experience or knowledge of Test and
    Evaluation processes and procedures and proposal writing experience

  •  
  • Excellent written communication skills -- Ability
    to conceptualize solutions to complex test and evaluation problems
    and to publish these in concise and understandable manner


  • Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

     
  • Familiarity with desktop publishing software

  •  
  • Strong PC skills including the knowledge of
    Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required

  • Attention to detail with the ability to organize
    and plan

  • Excellent Communication Skills
