Do you want to build a brand new consumer mobile product from scratch? Then, we might be the right fit for you!

You will be one of the first members of a team creating a new mobile product. Our platform will bring BloomReach’s Web Relevance Engine to users faced with increasing information overload in a constrained mobile environment. You are passionate about the future of mobile applications and designing compelling mobile web experiences. You will work closely with other engineering team members and interact with product, design and content teams to deliver a world-class engineering product.

Responsibilities:

Develop intuitive web experiences for mobile product discovery, personalization, location-aware services, social sharing and surfacing of trends

Develop and deploy features touching both client and server components of our platform

Work in a fast environment with rapid prototyping, end-to-end ownership of features and releases.

Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science required; MS preferred

Minimum of 1 year experience in software engineering and strong programming skills

Experience with one or more open-source web stacks (such as Linux, MySQL, Python, Ruby, Scala, Django, Memcache, Cassandra, Solr)

JavaScript skills with exposure to libraries like Backbone.js, JQuery Mobile preferred

Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) preferred
