What We Seek:
- Part-Time HR Account Manager in our HRO business
HR Account Managers manage client relationships and provide administrative support from A to Z.
Examples of support would be:
- Advice and counsel on employee relations situations
- Putting together new hire paperwork
- Counsel to clients on benefit plan strategy and structure
- Explaining benefit plans to employees upon hire.
We are seeking candidates with proven customer service skills and excellent influencing skills.
PHR or SPHR Certification is required
Candidates for the Account Manager position should have a job history that demonstrates experience in the following functional areas of HR.
