    Must Have:
    Professional restaurant or catering kitchen experience
    A professional demeanor
    A willingness to work hard as a member of a team
    Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, customers, client, and associate
    Ability to work full time
    Must be able to pass criminal background and drug test.
    Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise lawfully employable within the U.S.

    Work Experience, Skills & Educational Requirements:
    2 or more years professional restaurant or sushi cooking experience
    Working knowledge of sustainable seafood
    Good knowledge of food and catering trends
    ServSafe® certified is a plus
    Interest in the organic and sustainable food movement
    Interest in furthering your culinary career
    Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience
    Culinary creativity and menu writing abilities.
    Exhibit courtesy, tact and reasonable speed in performance of duties
    A passion for creating imaginative and delicious food for daily changing menus
