Simply put, customers are kicking our doors down asking us to help design and develop their software and we are aggressively growing our Sales team to meet this demand. This is not your typical Inside Sales position in which you are executing deals on your own or making cold-calls to potential clients. Our Sales Operations role provides logistic, organizational and research support to the rest of the Sales team and is a critical part of our formula for success.
-Attend daily meetings with Cynergy Execution Management to discuss resourcing needs for both pre-sales assessments as well as new projects while keeping a central page for organizing and keeping these requests up to date.
-Serve as the liaison between Sales Reps/Strategic Account Managers and non-Sales personnel, keeping track of all details associated with Sales deals (including assessments, kickoffs, pre-sales work, etc.).
-Coordinate the logistical needs of the Sales team throughout the transactional process while staying on top of associated resources to deliver on their deadlines.
-Responsible for NDA documents, assessment questionnaires, reports on leads and sales activities, as well as handling the internal write-ups of contracts.
-Work with marketing to review various web site analytics reports and identifying organizations for targeting.
-Researching, tracking and management of current and potential customers through the use of management software.
Our Ideal Candidate:
-3-5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the custom software industry.
-Experience in customer-facing sales roles as an inside representative
-Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
-Must be organized, motivated, self-sufficient and professional
-Possess the ability to multitask with attention to detail and accountability to deadlines
