SGN is looking for a seasoned SENIOR PRODUCER with solid gaming experience to join a fast-paced, collaborative team building best-in-class social and mobile games. The ideal candidate will bring proven organizational and team leadership talents along with top-notch game design and product insight. This role will be a blend of creative vision, detailed execution, and relationship management with both internal and external resources and stakeholders. Candidate will be responsible for the detailed execution of a live product’s roadmap, ensuring features are scoped, documented, developed, tested, deployed, and optimized, and may ultimately be responsible for defining and building new game and product concepts. Proven experience managing live game operations and cross-functional live game teams preferred.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage both internal and external resources to concept, scope, document, develop, test, and launch live game features on schedule using agile methodologies.
•Lead and maintain creative vision for projects.
•Execute against product roadmaps and suggest new features and opportunities for improvement.
•Ensure analytics are defined and properly integrated to measure target metrics.
•Regularly monitor analytics dashboards to quickly identify and correct live issues.
•Serve as primary escalation and contact point for assigned products.
•Remain up-to-date with current understanding of mobile and social games landscape to guarantee products maintain competitive edge.
QUALIFICATIONS
•2+ years at a social or mobile gaming company, 5+ years overall game or interactive production experience.
•Passion for delivering high-polish consumer-facing digital entertainment experiences.
•Hungry, flexible, hard-working, organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate person who thrives in a "start-up" environment.
•Deep understanding of social game mechanics including acquisition, engagement, and monetization strategies to deliver high value products.
•Proven experience managing cross-functional creative development teams in an agile format.
•Ability to indirectly manage team resources to deliver on tight timelines.
•Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Well-versed in writing feature specs and documentation for games and game features.
•Creative and forward-thinking; able to concept and execute on new and exciting game ideas with minimal direction.
•Knowledgeable of current industry trends: stays up-to-date on competitive products and best practices for Facebook and mobile device development.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills with positive attitude who wants to collaborate with a great team.
•Must love games!
