POSITION OVERVIEW:

Seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial culinary professional with excellent communication and problem solving skills to contribute as part of the team in high-end, luxury resorts located in Australia. Must have a high tolerance level for stress and work well under pressure. Average pay is $17-20 per hour.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and prepare unique culinary experience for guests

Work with team in developing exciting new menu items

Ensures consistency and portioning of all food

Ensures a clean and sanitary kitchen

Maintains quality control of all food and beverages to guests

Paid positions are being offered through a cultural exchange program. As such, there is a program fee of $2,500 which may be fully recovered upon completion of your employment term in the form of a tax refund.
