DayNine Consulting is a Workday implementation partner. We are 100% focused on implementing and supporting the Workday SaaS solution which supports the HCM and Financial functions at both medium and large enterprises.
We are looking for someone to join our team who loves sales and is ready to thrive in a culture where they are empowered and supported.
As a Business Development Manager with DayNine you will be leading the pursuit team for new implementation engagements for the Workday application. You will own the "deal," put together the pursuit team and continue to maintain a relationship with the customer after the project begins.
All DayNiners help with company building activities so you get to learn and influence how we grow.
REQUIRED: Experience selling to HR leadership + professional services sales experience.

Building and maintaining relationships with regional Workday personnel as needed to jointly sell business solutions to customers who have subscribed or who are a potentially looking to subscribe to Workday solutions. Working with Client Partners to pursue new business through our current DayNine customers. Keeping all sales related information in salesforce.com. Following the Sales RACI Quickly understand customer requirements and bring appropriate DayNine team members together to create a solution for the customer, align relationships and ultimately win the business. Managing all phases of the business development cycle including solution development in conjunction with a Solution Architect, preparation of proposal with Solution Architect and Client Partner, and contract negotiations. Accurately forecasting sales. THE REQUIREMENTS BA/BS required; MBA a plus 5+ years selling consulting services Experience with package functionality in enterprise systems such as HCM or Financials Proven track record in a solution selling environment Superior communication skills both internally and externally.
