Xtime is leading that transformation. Support the setup and execution of marketing programs. Interact with Xtime internal stakeholders to understand the requirements for each program; develop/write the segmentation, configure performance reporting, QA/QC the campaigns and test program elements prior to final delivery. Create and maintain thorough process documentation, conduct data entry and work with various teams to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as needed. Collect, organize, and analyze data, and produce regular performance reports for both internal and client audiences. Help identify insights and optimization opportunities from the data and compare campaign performance against historic benchmarks. Enhance statistical methods for attributing the impact of various marketing communications on specific consumer actions or activities Collect, analyze and report on other types of data, including online advertising data, website tracking data, and consumer demographic and behavioral data. Provide input into campaign program plans, including the development of performance forecasts, data requirements, key success metrics, reporting schedule, and report templates. Ensure that marketing campaigns are optimized against data findings, including identification of best-performing media sites, ad creative versions, and offers. Evaluate current processes, technology and methods to identify scale and efficiency opportunities Required skills: Minimum 3+ years related experience Strong working knowledge of CRM systems; database marketing; and campaign analysis design, implementation and administration Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and marketing automation software Intermediate Excel skills (Experience with Pivot Tables, V Lookups, Charts, spreadsheet modeling, report creation, and trend forecasting) Knowledge of other reporting tools (MS Access, Power Point and Word) Ability to create and run reports within Salesforce CRM or via Excel Commitment to excellence and meeting deadlines Highly analytical with excellent quantitative skills Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams Good knowledge and understanding of marketing programs. The Marketing Analyst is a critical member the Marketing team responsible for assisting in the rollout and ongoing optimization of all CRM applications and marketing programs. The Marketing Analyst will specifically support the setup, execution and analysis of various marketing programs. They will also be responsible for data collection, organization, and analysis, which will contribute to the creation of a marketing database, campaign performance reports and insights. This role requires a working knowledge of database marketing, campaign management systems and performance analysis.
