Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with a team to develop enterprise class SaaS applications.
Write quality, high performance, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Work directly with customers, sales, support and product management to help determine and solve the customer needs of our hosted Business Execution Software.Required Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any type) or a related field
5 years of experience with programming software UIs for enterprise web-based software applications in Java/J2EE,Web Services, OOD, on top of Oracle
High level of proficiency with Java and J2EE
High level of proficiency with DB, SQL, and Hibernate
Proficiency with JBoss Seam preferred.
Hands-on experience in full software development cycle
Professional skills: ability to work independently and with a team.
Able to understand and master new technologies quickly.
Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Able to quickly understand and solve unique and undocumented programming problems.
Strong desire to learn new technologies
Must be energetic and self-starting.
Experience with open-source AJAX/DHTML frameworks such as YUI, and DWR a plus, but not required.
