Here is what we are looking for from this position.Recruiting ResearcherAs the Recruiting Researcher, your main responsibility will be filling and maintaining the candidate pipeline through in-depth Internet search and use of LinkedIn and other like resources.Other Duties May Include Screen inbound candidates to help facilitate timely updates in client ATS Help scheduling candidate calls with appropriate recruiter when time allows to help keep pipeline moving Coordinate interviews and maintain ATS as needed in lower-volume client accounts Ability to work on-site at customers location should it be required Demonstrate exceptional research and assessment skills Perform duties onsite as required by client
