General Summary:

The primary mission of the Field Sales Support Specialist is to assist the sales team in their day to day objective of growing revenue. This includes the positioning of Product, Professional Services, Implementation Services and the remaining suite of ancillary products and services .

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the AE in the preparation of all the required documents they will need to present to customers and prospects

· Serve the account through customer meetings, need assessments & proposal development.

· Assist the AE in preparing small transaction quotes for customers and prospects

· Assist the AEs in the understanding of all internal company tools and processes

· Attend all schedule sales training, programs & product meetings

· Assist the Director or RVP of Sales in those activities which assist in growing the regions revenue

· Additional responsibilities as position requires

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required: (education, experience, technical skills, communication skills, customer focus, time management skills, independence, and accuracy)

· Bachelors degree preferred

· 3+ years Telecommunications Sales or Sales Support Experience

· Must have good written and verbal communication skills

· Must be able to work with little supervision.

· Ability to travel, as directed by the needs of the customer

PC and MS Office experience required
