Come be part of our team as a Customer Service/Study Participant Representative at our Richmond, VA location.In this per diem position, you will be answering inbound calls from the public that are interested in information regarding clinical study participation. Other duties include collecting and entering participant information into our computer database system, promoting additional study participation and referrals from current study participants, and making reminder call-outs to study participants that are registered for screenings.This role is a per-diem position. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent and will average around 15 hours per week. We are seeking candidates who are available approximately 8am-2pm Monday through Friday. Excellent communication skills are a must and data entry experience is preferred.EEO/AA M/F
