The Role:
The Field Product Mktg Manager (Gaming Products) is responsible for driving market share, product line revenue and margin growth in the Americas Sales and Marketing Region (AMR). Successful candidates will have experience in managing product pricing, placement and promotion in retail, ecom and DMR accounts through the US, Canada and Latin America to meet and exceed P&L targets and strategic marketing goals.

Sales:
Manage P&L to obtain revenue and margin targets each quarter. Position your lineup competitively and drive product placement into channels, including assisting Sales team to sell to the key buyers across AMR. Sell your business internally, both to gain mindshare and motivate the Sales team, as well as to create alignment and collaboration with the product Business Units.
Act as product champion, developing and executing strategies to make products successful and meet sales goals. Marketing: Work with product Business Units to define right products, segmented roadmaps, positioning, messaging, packaging, pricing and margins, market share targets and launch strategies. Define regional marketing strategy for each product including channel placement and margin strategy, marketing mix, revenue targets, budgets, and keys to success. Develop quarterly marketing plan for product line, and build consensus between sales & marketing. Be the product and category expert for the market. Know the needs of the market, consumer insights, competitive issues and opportunities. Analytics: Own P&L for product line including revenue, returns, pricing (including price protection), discounts, air freight, promotions, and marketing budgets. Manage 12-month rolling sell-through forecast and ensure sufficient supply for potential upside while minimizing excess inventory exposure, and manage product transitions effectively. Understand market dynamics via market and account-level share, price band, competitors, and trend analysis. Develop marketing plans to maximize share. Your Skills:For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
5-10 years prior experience Bachelors Degree required; MBA a plus Demonstrated ability to evangelize products both internally to sales and marketing teams and externally to buyers. Strong understanding of the various marketing levers and their impact on revenue growth and on the P&L. Proven ability to interpret market data points into a successful business plan. Proven ability to build strong working relationships and influence others within sales, supply chain, corporate marketing, product teams, and customers. Small Company.
