Technical Support Engineer

The candidate must live in the Reno, Nevada area and must be on-site at our Reno office - no remote candidates.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support the Coupa Cloud. This role will involve resolving customer tickets, managing Linux servers, writing scripts in SQL, Ruby/Perl/Python/PHP to run reports and make changes requested by customers, partners and internal teams and automate manual processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies is a must
- Experience in customer service
- Experience with scripting such as using Java, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby, Bash
