Requirements:

•You have written automated tests and ideally built automation test environments.
•You understand and can articulate the benefits and pitfalls with automated testing.
•You understand the challenges related to scalability, concurrency, and large data sets and can detail strategies you have used to test for problems in these areas.
•You have significant QA methodology experience. You can quickly identify test cases for products given basic product information and can prioritize your testing to find critical bugs early and often.
•Your programming skills are strong enough to solve coding problem on a whiteboard and you can write scripts to pull data from databases or Rest API interfaces.
•You want to work in an agile development environment.
•You are a good communicator, can provide valuable product and technical feedback and are comfortable explaining and receiving feedback on your own work.
•You have great ideas on how to enhance the software you test to make testing & troubleshooting more efficient.
•You want to work in an environment where you are expected to make a significant and visible contribution.
