KnowledgeLeader Web Content & Sales Coordinator
The KnowledgeLeader Web Content & Sales Coordinator is responsible for timely and accurate editing and formatting of the weekly articles and tools in Lotus Notes. The Coordinator then publishes the content to the website using HTML. Additionally, the Coordinator produces monthly sales reports that are distributed globally, monthly accounts aging reports for the director, quarterly performance reports for senior management, and an annual customer satisfaction survey and report.
. Within prescribed deadlines, edit articles received from writers to be reviewed by the Protiviti subject matter experts (weekly)
. Edit and format tools and other materials for publication (weekly)
. Edit Knowledge Services KMTips email content (bi-monthly)
. Assist in researching and developing article assignments for freelance writers
. Produce and distribute sales reports and track number of new and renewed members, trialers, university users and other special accounts. This is a monthly report distributed globally.
. Produce and distribute account aging reports that explain the payment status of all outstanding payments over 45 days. This is a bi-monthly report distributed to the Director and, as needed, to the Managing Director.
. Create and distribute the annual feedback survey to subscribers. Track response rate and send reminders. Analyze results and produces results report on behalf of the team. Provide recommendation for site improvements based on feedback.
. Organize customer feedback-related activities for the team on a quarterly basis - assign responsibilities to different team members. Analyzes and follows up on results.
Content authoring responsibilities
. Author all KnowledgeLeader content in Lotus Notes (weekly)
. Create HTML content for home pages and subscriber emails (weekly)
. Update KnowledgeLeader content in Lotus Notes on a quarterly or as-needed basis. This includes re-topicking items, repairing external links, etc.
. Identify technology and process improvement opportunities to enhance the content authoring process and users' website experience
. Ensure continuous quality of the website content through weekly publishes
. Assists with site development QA activities
. Help provide site demonstrations to new hires in the local office
. Help deliver training webinars to prospective subscribers
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS REQUIRED
. Bachelor's degree
. 1+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
. Demonstrated writing and editing skills.
. Ability to meet strict weekly deadlines.
. Professional, confident, enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
. Excellent administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
. Ability to coordinate and maintain follow-up on a number of projects simultaneously.
. Ability to prioritize changing workloads.
. Demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter.
. Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and be resourceful.
. Ability to read, write and change HTML.
. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g. macros, vlookups, pivot tables).
. Experience with Lotus Notes and Microsoft SharePoint preferred.
ABILITY TO TRAVEL
. Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client requests/commitments
