We are looking an individual with a technical degree, interested in recruiting. We need a motivated and enthusiastic individual to add to our team in Santa Clara, CA!
What You’ll Be Doing!
- Listen and understand your clients' needs, in order to begin the recruiting cycle timely and effectively.
- Work closely and develop relationships with Sales Staff and Account Management.
- Source potential candidates by utilizing job boards, referrals, advertising and other resource pools.
- Post job requirements on the internet to increase your candidate pool.
- Present job opportunities to potential candidates and negotiate contract terms along with competitive pay rates.
- Coach candidates through the interview process.
- Maintain relationships with consultants and constantly build new candidate leads.
- Attend fun and informative User Conferences when the opportunity arises.
What You’ll Need to Succeed!
- A B.S. in MIS, CIS, or other relevant areas of study.
- Passion and interest in the Tech Industry.
- A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Tech savvy with strong MS skills.
- Dedication and motivation will be essential!
- 1-3 years of technical and/or recruiting experience is a plus.
- Enjoy working alongside and communicating with others!
