      Pros

Anything is possible if you are willing to play a role in making it happen

      Cons

Sometimes you have to work very hard to push past the historical 'bureaucracy' that inevitably builds with a large corporation, but there is usually a way to introduce new things and the appetite to be more nimble is building.

      Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take some more risks, increase your adoption of innovative ideas, not just within your products but the way you do business internally.
