I have been working at Tidemark Systems full-time (less than a year)Pros
The company is very fast paced and demanding, but the support I receive from my manager/Director is the perfect amount for me to grow and learn while not becoming overwhelmed. It's at a point where each individual contributor is truly helping to determine the direction of the culture, products and company as a whole.Cons
We are experiencing some growing pains that go along with growing from sub 100 people to what will soon be 150+ employees. Luckily the culture is as such that everyone is on deck and we all want to be successful together.Advice to ManagementAdvice
