      Pros

There was a lot of opportunity here. I was able to greatly expand my skills in my QA role which has benefited me in my current position with another company. I wasn't looking to leave but someone made me an offer. We made some great products for the customers!

      Cons

There were so many project going on at once, it was difficult to know the priority of the one you are one. As with any company, stay close to the core application/project and you can go wrong!

      Advice to Management

I witnessed a lot of the middle managers and leads fighting and scheming against one another. It made their direct reports lose respect for them as well as feel uneasy about the future.
