Scott Sinatra Appointed to New Role as Senior Vice President of Sales;
Allyson Willoughby Joins as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of People
Sausalito, Calif., June 15, 2012 – Glassdoor, the leading social jobs and career community, today announced that it has strengthened its management team with the appointment of two key executives: Scott Sinatra and Allyson Willoughby. Sinatra has joined as senior vice president of sales and Willoughby has joined as general counsel and senior vice president of people.
The appointments come at a time of notable growth for the social jobs site, which offers employees and job seekers the information they need to make better career decisions, while helping employers attract and retain top talent. Prior to Glassdoor, Sinatra served as area director with BMC Software, the leader in business service management, where he was responsible for all BMC field sales and operations in the Northwest region of the United States. Before his tenure at BMC, he held various positions at BladeLogic, Moser Consulting, Datalink and Parametric Technology Corporation. In his role at Glassdoor, Sinatra will help employers establish and maintain technology-driven social recruiting solutions, while developing and managing high-performing talented professionals.
Willoughby was previously the senior vice president and general counsel of RockYou, a leader in social gaming and advertising, where she was responsible for all aspects of the company’s legal needs. Prior, Willoughby was general counsel of Method Products, a multi-national company that is a leading manufacturer of environmentally friendly, design-oriented household products. Willoughby started her in-house career at eBay. In her last year with eBay, Allyson was the director of legal affairs for eBay subsidiary StubHub. At Glassdoor, Willoughby will lead the human resources and legal departments.
