I never had to enroll in it because I'm still covered by my parents. But they do offer multiple options and have meetings that go over the options to help you make an informed choice.
The Health Care plan is very good
I didn't personally utilize the heath insurance while I worked there, but it wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst insurance provided by a company.
Premiums are high, but then they seem to be for any health plans. They have several options to choose from ranging from conventional health plans to Bloomquist Hale's Associate Assistance Program paid for 100% by the company. They also offer a Wellness Incentive Program of up to $150 a year for activities of health.
It is a good plan.
Currently insurance is through Select Health (selectmed), previously was through Anthem BCBS which covered way more.
It is good for what my family needs.
crazy expensive they also had a policy were the more you make the less the company would subsidize. For a full time professional this meant you payed far more than other less qualified employees. Basically punish the professionals reward the call center agents with no education
