Performance bonuses are ONLY given out to those who acquire an extremely high level of service on their calls taken, resolved, and monitored. This is taken by percentages. They tell their new hires there's a possibility of making up to $18/hr from the $11.50 base pay, but from talk throughout the company with others who have been there for awhile, it's nearly pie-in-the-sky, but not completely impossible.
The performance bonus was awarded quarterly and was more biased towards certain shifts based on call volumes at those times. Those stuck in shifts with less call volumes, and in less desired shift times ended up usually with no bonus or a very small one. Bonuses were sometimes structured in different categories; however, most of the focus and reward was in sales.
