Since it's a big company there are lots of options for medical insurance, dental and vision plans. There's a 401k match, disability insurance, and spending account for health purposes.
Insurance is Blue Shield. Not the best program but it is insurance coverage.
Health insurance was extremely expensive, especially for those of us living outside California. 401k matching stopped when I was there. Plenty of PTO, though, and total flexibility to work from home.
The health care package is extremely expensive but I don't necessarily blame the company. Best pro: lots of holidays / days off, I had a month of PTO built up before I was laid off.
Pros are the ability to telecommute, and a fair amount of PTO via time earnings and holidays. Other than that, there isn't much else to praise.
