  • Health & Welfare Benefit: We are a member of the TriNet PEO Group - providing our team cost effective benefit solutions. 120VC contributes toward monthly premiums & team member contributions are pre-tax. Benefit begins the month following hire.
  • Training and Development: Our team members receive training and certification in the 120VC Project Leadership Standards, valued at over $50,000, in the first year of employment and eligible for PDU’s from the PMI.
  • Time-Off: We work hard - We play hard. Our Time-Off policies reflect that. We have Unlimited Vacation Time and Sick Time. 120VC recognizes most major Holidays, with our team members at client locations following the holiday schedule of that client.
  • Income Protection Programs: Eligible team members have company paid Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage.
  • Retirement: We offer traditional 401(k) and ROTH along with 100% employer match up to 2% of employee elective contributions - 100% vested immediately

120VC listens to our needs. I have witnessed the HR get personally involved with fixing teammate challenges in <24 hours. That is customer service! Unlimited vacation helps offset extra hours and weekends serving the client & meal plans to support late nights.

The unattainable bonus can be de-motivating. The structure of offering a small percentage of compensation for new business or referrals is a good one.
