Loads of benefits - from health insurance and 301k to small things like discounts to local shops and restaurants.
Great benefits package from day one. and Benefits team is absolutely wonderful to work with!
Tons of wellness initiatives and benefits (gym memberships, reflexology pop-up, etc.).
Good for single healthy people
I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?

Role at WPP OpenX new company ? I was approached for regional role. I’m still wrapping my brain around the model. Seems good? Always hard to say from ppt slides vs reality. Any thoughts or insights? What’s the culture like? Vision? Leadership? Any pros/cons appreciated
Beyond mediocre health plans and some partnerships in the Mt. Vernon area there are no offered benefits.
Best: 100% health care premium coverage after deductible. Flexible work hours. Worst: No quality job training and low 401k match
Flexible offerings and the benefits team is very helpful and knowledgeable. The company seeks out creative benefits, including discounted memberships to fitness centers.
Average benefits package via Cigna-but good company perks
The company has many benefits, traditionally and non-traditionally. They have partnerships with many fitness programs which I really enjoy.
The healthcare costs are enormous!
