The benefits package is very thorough
Best: completely free medical for employees, so great for single/childless employees. Worst: adding spouse/children to medical gets expensive fast, and max OOP is hefty

The company puts employees' interests and needs first. One of the only companies I've heard of that offers 100% paid benefits for employees!

180 has the fewest holidays out of any company I have ever been associated with, and they just took away more PTO. The insurance plans have changed about every 6 months in the several years that I have been employed, and are now transitioning to a dreadful HMO with very little coverage. I think that a lot of single moms (180 Medical's bread and butter) will have to leave, because the only reason they accept such low pay is because they need insurance for their family.
